This is Into the Aether (Classic), the original version of Into the Aether created on RPG Maker VX Ace. Originally a demo for what was to become a full game, it is now become rebranded into a classic version that you can play to get a small taste of the ITA experience, as well as to commemorate the original release. The classic version does not reflect the quality of the full remake.
